Uses a consistent order reference for each WooCommerce order, improving duplicate-payment detection.
Prevents simultaneous submissions for the same order from sending more than one payment request.
Keeps payments requiring verification on hold for review instead of automatically retrying them.
Preserves normal retry behavior after a confirmed card decline, so customers can update their payment details and try again.
